FarmerQueue
Smart agricultural procurement and queue management platform.

Farmers often face long waits, uncertain schedules, and limited visibility into procurement status, while center staff and administrators lack a unified system for managing queues and transactions.
FarmerQueue connects farmers, procurement-center staff, government administrators, and buyers through a centralized platform for procurement requests, digital tokens, queue tracking, status updates, transactions, and analytics.
The platform is designed around transparent, accessible workflows that work across web, mobile, SMS, voice, push notifications, and AI-assisted interactions for farmers with different levels of access to conventional applications.
Built with Next.js web applications and a Flutter farmer app communicating with a Node.js and Express REST API. MongoDB Atlas with Mongoose provides persistence, Clerk handles authentication and role-based authorization, and the platform supports Gemini, Twilio, Firebase FCM, and Swagger/OpenAPI integrations.
